To start making this mixture, make sure that you have the following ingredients: one teaspoon of red pepper flakes, one tablespoon of black pepper that is freshly cracked, one cup of olive oil, half cup of chopped fresh herbs, and six to eight garlic cloves.

To make this particular recipe on chicken breast marinade, the first step that you need to do is to have the garlic minced and place the same in a mixing bowl. Have the herbs chopped into pieces that are small. If the herb that you are using is rosemary, have the woody stems and leaves discarded. When you are done chopping, place them into the same mixing bowl along with the other ingredients and mix them well. The next step in making chicken breast marinade is to have the chicken breast placed in a container that is clean and sealable. Have the marinade poured over the chicken breast and properly mix them all together. Wait for at least 2 hours while the container with marinated chicken breast is in the refrigerator. After that period of time, you can now have the chicken breast grilled.
